Dear Mr Westlake,

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately we will not be able to film this week as our final filming plans have to be agreed with our tutor, and that will not be until next week as we are also on half term.

I will contact Louise to find out when she is available, and also liase with you and Michael.

Many thanks for your help, we are really looking forward to making the openong scenes of our thriller!
