Dear Katherine,

Thank you for this and my apologies for not replying to your letter before now.

I am very happy, in principle, for you to use the school, subject to confirming the details. It would probably be better an d easier if there were no pupils around when you film, so either holidays or half-term, or weekends out would work best. As it happens, we are on half term until Sunday, so sometime over the next few days might be suitable. 

The person who would normally coordinate these things is Michael McKechnie, Louise's husband, but he is away today so I have copied him in on the e-mail. I have copied this to Louise too, and I'm happy for her to coordinate a visit during a period when the pupils are not at school if that easier all round.
